1995 pontiac grand am leaking coolant. Leaking coolant in rear of engine compartment. I can see

Leaking coolant in rear of engine compartment. I can see the leak coming from a downfacing line almost at the angine compartment rear wall. Leaking almost as fast as I can put the coolant in. No precursor. Low coolant light came on thankfully as I was pulling into my destination. Any ideas as to what is needing replacement? Can't find engine schematic online.

    low coolant light was coming on
    refilled resevoir

    now there is a service engine soon light periodically
