    Hi There,
You have some issues.  It does matter if they are all on the same side of the van.  My guess is a ground is bad.  This is causing the van to draw more current than it should to the circuitry on the left.  Possible a stray high voltage current is getting into the wrong system.  Did you have any work done where a s***w could have pierced a wire it shouldn't have?  New radio?  New alarm?

Unfortunately the electrical issues can be tough to diagnose, especially online.  It can be pricey.  Look for a electrical shop rather than the dealer.  They usually charge hourly.  Let them go only until you cannot afford anymore, or they find the problem.  The dealer may know the problem, but rip you off.
