   You will need the help of electronics repair shop, as the radio is still functional because it has power  but the audio amplifier  in your radio has failed.
   
   Therefore its better to take your radio to an electronics repair shop or, replace the radio; this is not something that you can fix easily, until and unless you know, how to use an oscilloscope?

    Inside switches of the 2007 Harley davidson ultra classic radio can corrode over time and give very peculiar symptoms. Check to be sure that the wires are securely connected to the switch. Be careful with the lower inner part when you check the switch. You might need to get some painters tape by which you can label each wire to be sure they get back on the switch the right way. Clean the switches and allow them to dry before turning the power on.
