    Hi,
    Yes, you should be able to roll the 401k into the SEP, however I would check with the plan administrator of the 401k just to make sure you are eligible as some of these rules are plan specific.
    You may also want to look into an individual 401k instead of the SEP. There are some very attractive plans out there right now. Let me know if I can answer any more of your questions. Thanks!!
