A/V input for COBY portable DVD Player TFDVD7009

On my COBY portable DVD Player TFDVD7009
I have Headphone jack, Audio out, Video out, and DV input.
can I use Video out/ Audio out for input from a VCR?

    Sorry, this unit only has a DV or Digital Video input. So unless you have a device that has a DV output, no way to pipe video in.
