A4 TECH X7 mouse scrolling problem.

When I scroll the wheel on my mouse,it goes backwards for 1 second.In all DPI resolutions

    i have the same problem, but it wont even scroll down properly..
    even when not scrolling or not touching the mouse, it keeps on scrolling
    i tried reinstalling the driver but didn't repair the problem

    that's a hardware failure, not software. you can't repair it by reinstalling the soft. the mouse wheel is wearing out or does not make a full contact. it has to be disassembled and checked, in worst case changing the wheel's potentiometre. I had the same problem, changed it and it worked like a charm
