For the last several months when we wind the clock the pendulum will not keep swaying back and forth, we have to push it about every 2 minutes for a good days time for it to continue to swing back and forth. We have made sure that it is level and that the pindulum is aligned with the red button at the bottom of the clock. We thought we overwound it the first time it happened, and ever since then we dont completely wind it up, but it still does not swing with only winding it less.

I had the same problem. Try and put a drop of 3in1 oil on the shaft at the very top of the clock works by the bushing, it worked for me.
