   Commencement is an annual University-wide event celebrated in early July. All prospective graduates eligible for Commencement in 2011 (i.e. undergraduate and graduate coursework students who successfully fulfill graduation requirements in Special Term of AY2009/10, and Semester 1 and 2 of AY2010/11 and are conferred degrees on 31 August 2010, 28 February 2011, and 30 June 2011 respectively; as well as graduate research students whose degree conferment dates fall between 1 July 2010 and 30 June 2011, both dates inclusive) will be eligible for attending the Commencement ceremonies.
   
   Commencement 2011 will be held from 4 to 15 July 2011.
   
   The online attendance registration system for Commencement 2011 opens from 15 November 2010 to 1 June 2011.
   
   If you have been conferred your degree from July 2010 onwards, please register your attendance now. For those who will complete their degree requirements by the end of Semester 1 AY2010/11, please register after the release of your examination results or upon receiving your conferment letter. If you expect to complete all degree requirements in Semester 2 AY2010/11, please register from 1 March 2011 onwards.
