Since my child has started getting solid food stuff, the noodles seem to be something that she likes the most. Besides milk, my wife does feed her with some serials and other stuff like mashed bananas and other fruits but she rarely enjoys eating them and often we have to forcefully make her eat that. However, I have noticed that my child has stomach upsets every now and then which has resulted in some considerable weight loss. I am just wondering if that happens as a result of rice noodles. Hence I would like to know that are nice noodles healthy or harmful for a child.

As far as the rice noodles are concerned they are quite healthy and less heavier than the regular pasta with less protein and more starch. Sometimes when a child starts solid food it takes some time for the stomach to get used to of the change in diet. This usually becomes normal within a few days but if it prolongs it is good to see a doctor in person for a better advice.
