    Hi,
    I don't have wiring diagrams to hand but, you should check all the wires in the stereo hole and make sure none of them are touching the metal. if there is not a blown fuse then it may have burnt out a relay. You seem to have no igniton live to the windows and such, so we need to establish all the relays and fuses are working correctly. Can you test them? and get back to me because my hands are tied with not having the car to look at.
