Well I'm a black american women & of course I will have special preference for black american men but I have went out with a black jamaican man, & knew a black ghanaina guy from my job(never went out though), and both were fine/good looking but their were cultural differences, so I really never extended there. so i just stayed with my black american men, the best are from ATL though. As far as I'm concerned though all the black man are hot regaurdless where they are from but I think culture is what makes a difference, so if it's culture I pck black american men but if it's just based on looks I say all the above.
