    Hi,
The suggestion is to wait until baby is at least 3 months of age (although many women do this earlier.)
However, regardless if she's an infant of several years old, the care routine is the same: use the ear care solution 3 times daily, dry her ears softly after bathing to prevent any possible bacterial growth from the water. Keep baby away from netted blankets to prevent the earring from snagging and tearing out of her ears.

I think it's a good idea (should any mother choose to pierce) to do so when baby moves the least during sleeping (which is by 5 months of age.)

I pierced my daughter's ears when she was 5 months. She's now almost 11, and at 12 or so I'll allow her to decide whether or not she'd like to get a second set. :-)

I bet your daughter look absolutely beautiful with her little earrings!
    Best of luck
