    Have just bought this vrbt330w, place the recommended charge time required.
    Now I've been able to syn. to the handfree devise. While attempting to down load the phone book into it, this devise has locked up, stop on one person name listing and has not responded to any other commmands. Will not shut down, will not search thru any other area to get out of this menu. What should i do. Thanks H

    Pluging it in to usb seems to turn off but will freeze if you try to re sync hope some one can find a reset for this product
