   Stockholm The jury will announce tomorrow the new Nobel laureate and like every year the news agencies around the world place their bets on the British site Ladbrokes, to speculate who will win.
   
   The list of names is Bob Dylan again as happened since 1997. The composer appears in fourth place in the ranking, ahead of him are the Syrian - Lebanese poet Adonis, Tomas Tranströmer Swedish and Japanese novelist Haruki Murakami.
   
   The cable explains that lately DYN considered possibilities were under the author, for he is known more for his songs than for his literary works.
