    you need to know that there is a continuous real estate agent 'war' going on. agents fight for clients and would do anything to keep them away from other agents. so if your not happy with the effort your real estate agent is making, threaten to move to another agent and watch him jump!!

    by the way the hottest sector today, is E-11. this particular block does not have a market yet which means the plazas that will make up this market are coming up, or almost finished. the apartment rates here are amazingly cheap, and can you imagine what they will cost another year or so later when the market is completed? watch it grow around you and gap as the market value of your apartment shoots up! i myself am looking for an apartment here to invest in..
