CAN SOMEONE HELP ME EVEN WITHOUT KNOWING ME?

Hello ,I am called Richard and I am 23 years old. I am from Cameroon ,precisely from Central Africa and I wish someone can help me further my education abroad. I will be very happy if someone can help me out .even if someone wants to take me as his or her son, I am willing .
