If your vehicle was stopped at the time of the offence in an area designated as a “No Stopping” zone by virtue of road markings/signage, then you should note that no part of a vehicle may be stopped in a “No Stopping” zone as the entirety of such zones must be kept clear at all times. It is irrelevant how long your vehicle remains stationary in the area - simply stopping the vehicle in a “No Stopping” zone constitutes an offence.
