Windows 7 is the latest version of Microsoft Windows. It is a sequence of operating systems created by Microsoft for use on personal computers, including home and business desktops, laptops, netbooks, tablet PCs, and media center PCs.  It was published to manufacturing on July 22, 2009, and reached general retail availability on October 22, 2009, less than three years after the release of its predecessor, Windows Vista. Its server counterpart, Windows Server 2008 R2, was published at the same time.

No, it is not possible because the system requirements of your computer are different from other computer. It is create trouble after the installation. I think it can’t be run on other computer. In some other version of windows, it is possible to install the windows vista ultimate on another computer after upgrading the system. There are few things like, you computer manufacturer are same. And your components of Computer are similar with each another. But it looks very impossible that match the hardware and system configuration should be matched.
