I need to know if I can use the Bank of Queensland payments to pay other accounts in the bank.

    Yes.  You need to know the BSB and account number of the Bank of Queensland account. The Bank of Queensland centralized accounting system recognizes the BSB of 124-001 or the account’s domicile BS
