I had UAE residence visa in labor,issued on October 18-2008 then i get vacation leave on last December 25-2009. i come back to UAE January 19-2010.then the emigration hold me and giving the information bout of my visa it was canceled on January 15-2010.Of course the Emigration never allowed me to went out in Dubai airport an automatically send me back to my country.But my sponsor payed by cheque of my 2 months salary instead of cash before i had vacation an it was issued this coming February 20-2010.Now my question is CAN I COMEBACK TO UAE WITH VISIT VISA OR EMIGRATION VISA EASILY?DO I HAD ANY PROBLEM IN EMIGRATION?CAN I IN CASH AND TAKE MY 2 MONTHS SALARY IN UAE? yeah u can come by visit visa, visit visa nothing to do with ban so come and show the passport and visit visa page to bank and draw the money
