How can I collect my Singapore passport at ICA building on weekdays? Is there anyone who can inform me please?

    Collection of Singapore Passport at ICA Building on Weekdays (Mondays – Fridays, 8.00 am - 4.30 pm). Applicants are strongly encouraged to make an appointment for the collection of passports via the e-Appointment system. The e-Appointment system is an online service that pre-allocates appointments for applicants. Waiting time has been shortened to an average of just 15 minutes for those collecting their passports during the allocated period. Please note that e-appointments have to be made at least 2 working days before the preferred date and time.
