    Small (44w x 42h x 89d):
    0 to 4 hours - $4.00 minimum hire.
    4 to 8 hours - Extra $2.00.
    8 to 24 hours - Extra $2.00.
    $8.00 per 24 hours thereafter.
    Medium (44w x 57h x 89d):
    0 to 4 hours $6.00 minimum hire.
    4 to 8 hours Extra $2.00.
    8 to 24 hours Extra $2.00.
    $10.00 per 24 hours thereafter.
    Large (44w x 86h x 89d):
    0 to 4 hours $8.00 minimum hire.
    4 to 8 hours Extra $2.00.
    8 to 24 hours Extra $2.00.
    $12.00 per 24 hours thereafter.
