Deccan Chargers buy Fidel Edwards for 150,000 - Since the Deccan boys did not do well last year, this year they are going with a different strategy and bought Fidel Edwards, the West Indies fast bowler for $150,000. it was his base price.

Tough luck for Chamara, there were no takers for Sri Lanka's Chamara Kapugedera, whose bidding started at $150,000.

    That was a good buy for deccan's, fidel got young legs and 20/20 is all about putting everything you got in 20 short overs and fidel can sure bowl and can run very fast.
