Denon AVR 1908 Static problems

I have a denon 1908 lastnight while watching tv the speakers started going crazy popping and making a static sound they went up loud then just stopped working. I turned the unit off then back on the speakers worked fine for a min then did the same thing. Anyone have that problem. any solutions or ideas what it may be. Thanks .

    Just happened to me yesterday.   Went away for a while and is back again tonight (two months out of warranty).  Any solutions?
