Do you keep records of account set up? Can they be accessed with proper legal documents?

I have a legal question for you.

Do you keep records of account set up?
Name & address corresponding to facebook setup?
I ask because there is a pending courtcase that the crown attorney/lawyer will need information for.

The person in question was in contact with us via facebook and has suddenly shut down their account knowing they would be required to attend court.

Would you be able to let me know what your policy is...ie

What  legal documentation is required to secure this information?

Will my lawyers be able to retrieve name, address, location if I was to give them the facebook name & let them contact you directly, or does it have to be me who acquires it and give it to them?

Please let me know asap as time is of the essence.

    If you have proper documents then it can be accessed easily.
