Does Air India charge all taxes at the time of online booking?

I have just booked a ticket of Air India online and want to know that all the taxes are included in the ticket or not. Are there any other charges I have to pay at Air India counter before my flight?

    All known taxes by Air India at the time of reservation have been collected. However there may be some taxes which are collected at the Air India airport on departure. As the merchant is based in India, some credit cards also charge a foreign transaction fee. This fee is not charged by Air India.
