I have adsense functioning on my website and I want to know if I could also add other pop-ups over there

    Sites showing Google ads should be easy for users to navigate and should not contain excessive pop-ups. Sites showing Google ads may not contain pop-ups or pop-unders that interfere with site navigation, change user preferences, or initiate downloads, that is not explicitly permitted by Google.
