Tropical Storm Tomas crept slowly across the southern Caribbean, inching toward Haiti and a possible early Friday morning landfall on the earthquake-devastated nation. I want to know that does it regains strengths as it heads toward Haiti.

The official National Hurricane Center envisage track demonstrates that Tomas is probable to generate landfall in southwestern Haiti round object 1 a.m. Friday as a tropical fume, which would midpoint upheld winds between 39 mph (63 kph) and 73 mph (117 kph), with higher gusts. But, they said, the fume may be drawing seal hurricane strength -- 74 mph (118 kph) -- by that time.
