Does anyone tell me about reduce wrinkle?

I want to know about any good tips to help making my skin glowing very fast, and removing wrinkles as well. Any ideas, anyone? Please share!

    Wrinkles are said to be caused by aging, but honestly, there are too many other things that cause wrinkles in present times and they include exposure to unpleasant climate, bad diet, improper sleep and restlessness etc. Below are some of tips that can help you reduce wrinkles as well as preventing more wrinkles:



          
    • Avoid the sun; it’s the most common cause of wrinkles.

    •     
    • Wear sunscreen and use a good sun block lotion or cream while going in the sun.

    • Quit smoking. Researches show smoking as one big cause of wrinkles.

    • Have proper sleep! If you don't get enough sleep, the body produces excess cortisol, a hormone that breaks down skin cells.

    • Sleep on your back. Sleeping on your side increases wrinkles on cheeks and chin, while sleeping face-down gives you a furrowed brow.

    • Don't squint -- get reading glasses!

    • Eat more fish -- particularly salmon.
