OMG that was 5.8 i thought my brother is viberating my chair, i didnt event felt it.
Yes a magnitude 5.8 earthquake has hit Lahore, Islamabad and Northern Areas of Pakistan at around 2:51pm local time of the country.
I hope there is not much damage done by the earthquake and suggest everyone to remain alert for the after shocks.

As the news has not yet been broadcast on Pakistani channels, yet BBC news have confirmed the authenticity of jolts in Islamabad and other parts of the country. According to the BBC News alert, the intensity of the earthquake was 5.8 on rhectra scale.
Earth quake in Islamabad was felt at 2:54 pm on 21st March,2011. Its magnitude was 5.8. It scarce me alot. I was sitting in the office when the jerks compell me to leave the work. Thank God it stops after a while.
It is the cause of concern for everyone. We are not in position to face another natural disaster

yeah my whole office building got shakin' up but Thank God no one got hurt and no casualities have been reported so far. The symptoms reflect that maybe 2012 will be a very tough year for the earth residents. Let's see n pray for fogiveness.

It is basically a wake up call. But unfortunately Pakistani people are in such mind of state that they are not being able to sense the massage which is there for them. And God help those who help themselves.
