   Today launched the 5th edition of the elgourmet.com Expo, at Centro Banamex. The ribbon cutting that opened the event was given by their chefs, and attended by Mexican authorities of different secretaries supporting expo.
   
   The Expo is composed of different wards where 200 exhibitors from throughout the country offer their products to the public. You will find from traditional products to innovative creations in the culinary arts from all corners of the country.
   
   The stands also have products for sale so we can take home all the treats we tried. Since moles, salsas, cheeses and snacks to traditional or innovative drinks, go prepared to want to buy everything.
   
   Another important area is the wine tasting, where the public can access all classes to learn the qualities of this delicious drink.
   
   The demonstration classes are an important part of this event, as they allow the interaction of the audience with the chefs. Today was the turn Borja Blázquez chef who gave us 3 delicious recipes of Mediterranean cuisine, along with great tips for cooking.
   
   The flow of participants did not stop all day, heralding the success of this year's Expo elgourmet.com. For this event, has an exhibition area of over 5,000 square meters, and is open to the public from 11 am to 8 pm.
