    salam,

    to all my muslim brothers i request that we should verify first before we take any actions at all. i have searched the internet and i can't find any thing on this movie apart from some people claiming that there is such movie but even those people don't have any link or any proof that the movie exists. i am not in favour of holland or any other country that supports such things but atleast we should have some proof. it will effect the lives of muslims living in holland and every one knows how bad our reputation is in the world at the moment.

    if any one has the proof please do share it with us.

    This is what i have found. The film '786' made in India while indian censorship board has objected and want its name changed as the number is sacred in Islam.
    This is all i could find on the net regarding film 786. If there is a movie made in Holland i would like to know about it. As for now i am not passing on the E-Mail.

    I agree that we should verify what we hear or see with evidence, but i dont agree with you slandering the entire population of muslims by generalizing and calling them all "POLITICAL IDIOTS". muslims off all people know what its like to be the target of political campaigns and are careful not to wrong others the way they are being wronged in the world today and again, please dont generalize by saying its muslims who are destroying their public image- look at the media- look at the news reports-look at the bias- and maybe ask yourself which "muslims" are being portrayed in those newscasts. Maybe you need to do some research yourself before you write off all the muslims as a political self-demonizing population.

    I think everyone should focus their strengths on those who give Islam a bad name by their inhumane actions rather than attacking any nation based on a possible rumor! Every person has a right to practice a religion of their belief as long as it does not physically or mentally harm another person. There are a countless number of good Muslims affected by the acts of extremists.

Geert Wilders, probably heard things about him, saids things that the Dutch people only could think of, they do not dare to speak about it in public, while freedom of speech is just a normal case in The Netherlands.He dares to face the evil words of the koran, and do something about those musliminvaders(radicals).

    So don't worry my muslim fellows, this is just a rumor, and if you don't like The Netherlands, stay home please and go play with your sheeps or something...

    I am a Muslim and I am much offended by this e-mail which more and more seems to be a hoax posted by someone who wants it to serve his/her own agenda whatever it may be.
    I agree with all the other posters who advise caution with regards to this e-mail and others like it.As muslims we're taught not to follow blindly but to make proper research.Already we are living in a world where misinformation and the dubious actions of some has caused much panic, confusion and hate towards Islam.Islam is a religion that promotes tolerance as long as no human is unjustly harmed or any animal killed without necessity or even our wonderful planet harmed through greed & not need. The teachings of Islam are quite beautiful, one just needs to take the time and effort to sift through the propaganda & find the truth.
    As the Holy Quran cautions us:“O you who believe! If a Faasiq (wrongdoer or a person with suspect motives) comes to you with any news, verify it, lest you should harm people in ignorance, and afterwards you become regretful for what you have done” [al-Hujuraat 49:6]
    By forewarding this e-mail we may do more harm to ourselves than good.
    I believe that only if we have absolute proof should we take action to defend, but until then let us not be puppets on the strings of someone whose intentions we are utterly unaware of.
    I am only posting my message on this site, but I hope this message gets to many,many people.

    i have tried to search for this film on the net and have found no movie by this name. Fitna was teh only movie in 2008 by dutch parliamantarian geert wilders. But there is nothing on this movie 786. If anyone has any info do let me know. Till then i will not be forwarding false messages to uphold someone's personal grudge against Dutch people.
