Facebook login help

My mother created a facebook account about a year ago and hasnt gone back on since. we tied accessing it today but she forgot her password. so we sent a password reset email to her email associated with her account. however we forgot that she has changed her email since signing up,so we cannot receive that email. how can we access her account without creating a new account?.

    You send a report to the face book administration they might help your to fix that problem, according to me you have to remember at least one thing either e.mail or password, but try probably it helps.
