   New South Wales is the Australias most populous state. This state is located in the South East of the country, It lies in the North of Victoria, South of Queensland, East of South Australia, West of Jervis Bay Territory and it also encompasses the whole of the Australian Capital Territory. The colony of New South Wales was founded in the year 1788 and it comprised of much of the Australian mainland, also it covers the area of Van Diemens Land, Lord Howe Island and Norfolk Island in addition to the area currently it is referred to the state of New South Wales, which was formed during the Federation in 1901.
