After rumors that many designers were called to work at Dior (Riccardo Tisci for Givenchy, Alber Elbaz of Lanvin, Marc Jacobs, Haider Ackermann and Sarah Burton of Alexander McQueen), was unveiled another name ma s who joins the list.

After the dire situation faced John Galliano and Dior both thunderous dismissal as the brand that bears his name, announced that executives LVMH (Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessy, owner company Dior and other luxury brands) Azzedine Alaïa called to work as creative director of the brand.

Bernard Arnault already knew what would happen when he thought Alaïa for Dior. Alaïa has been commissioned to go against all the dictates of fashion lately (many collections a year, opening new shops very often, is against Lagerfeld and Wintour), and knew that could have a negative response, which was what happened.

Alaïa is the only thing you can afford to refuse to work for such a large and commercial brand like Dior and continue to work as it has been doing since 1980, where he decides when to come, many collections do Anoy where your clothing is sold.
