   1-800-463-3339    When I called this number at 4 pm on Friday and spoke with a person that could not speak English clearly and knew nothing more than "the package will be attempted to be delivered on Monday", I knew then the gate keepers were doing their mundane job. At that point I then demanded to speak with his supervisor 'Andy' who assured me it would be delivered shortly on Friday...Andy was very pleasant and sounded sincere and helpful.  By this assessment, I stupidly believed that a truck would deliver the package and we waited until 8 pm that night...how foolish of me.
        Andy also told me that the package never left the warehouse  because the driver said the business was 'closed'...what business??? this is my home !!!
   (The tracking system said it was ON THE TRUCK at 5 am for delivery and even went as far as saying there was an ATTEMPTED DELIVERY  at 4:08 pm)...NOT !!!  
        I SAT ON THE VIDEO CAMERA FROM 3 PM TO 5 PM WATCHING THE STREET AND DRIVEWAY AND THERE WAS NO DELIVERY !!!
        So now I am dealing with lies and false information being added to the data in the records and an incompetent driver who decides what he wants to deliver to who and make false statements about a business status and it's hours...there are many people out there who would appreciate his job!  
        And here I sit with no package and it is Monday and was supposed to be delivered Friday and it is important to me that this got there in time...thank you for ruining this for me.
        Falsification of documents, lying to me and your company is offensive and an 'I'm sorry' from a gate keeper just doesn't make it right.
