For the Sharper Image Travel Soother 20, How do you turn off the alarm so it doesn't go off at all?

I don't want to use the alarm.  I just want to turn it off so it doesn't keep going off at odd hours.

    You should check its option their will be an option to reset the alarm or it is possible that their might be an issue in it so it is creating problem for you, you can also visit their service center near you so that they help you better that how can you fix this problem in a better way.
