I’m writing an article so I need to know Grievance Policy of SIC Singapore? As I have been given a task to write on it.

    SIC Singapore believes that feedback is an important part of its efforts to continually improve our products, delivery, administration and service quality.
    The following feedback/grievance channels available student request forms (both hard and soft copy), evaluation forms; e-mail
    Where a student makes a formal written complaint this will be:
    Entered into the grievance register and acknowledged
    Will be handled in a professional manner and will be resolved within 21 days
    If a student believes that their feedback is not being properly addressed they should immediately contact feedback@sic.edu.sg with the details of their case
    If after SIC has replied and the student is still dissatisfied with the outcome they can consider one of the following channels; apply to CPE Student Service Center for mediation.
