HOW MUCH IS A SECOND HAND TECHNICS SX-G7 ORGAN WORTH?

   I co-owned a music store and sold the G7 new in the late 80's / 90's.  Back then, they were going for around 8K - 9K. dollars.  But like all electronics and even considering this model was a terrific instrument, the value decreases sharply and demand for any used organ is low.  That being said, the Technics have a "niche" market, and this model is desirable. I purchased one recently, in good condition, for $100.00, but I think average retail is probably in the $500.00 to $1,200. range, depending on the market, time of year, and how fast you want to turn it. We also relied on a "blue book" value, which offered a range a values for used organs, much like the one published for automobiles.  I'm not sure if it is still published for organs, but maybe you could look into that for an additional guide.
