     Walt Disney holds the record for most Oscars in consecutive years with 10 awards in 8 consecutive years. When it comes to acting Spencer Tracy won the Best Actor Award in 1937 and 1938 for Captain Courageous and Boys Town respectively, Tom Hanks in 1993 and 1994 for Philadelphia and Forrest Gump respectively. For Best Actress Luise Rainer in 1936 and 1937 for The Great Ziegfeld and The Good Earth respectively, and Katherine Hepburn in 1967 and 1968 for Guess Who’s Coming to Dinner and The Lion in Winter respectively. For Best Supporting Actor Jason Robards won in 1976 and 1977 for All the President’s Men and Julia respectively.
