When the domain expires no one can register it until the registrar release the domain to the public. what is the Holdback time on expired domain from network solutions?

    You get a grace period of 30-60 days (depending on the registrar). This is from the expiry date. The owner has a grace period of 30-60 days (depending) to re-register it, otherwise after that it's up to the registrar or it's public domain.
