   You can't do manually because a blunder mistake can corrupt your windows registry and cause crash. So, use safe way and download registry cleaner which not only remove these unwanted registry files but give your PC a good speed. Hope you will try registry cleaner soon.

   The first answer is good, but to add to that ....
   
   I'd say that once you uninstall MS Office....use a great computer cleaner called "CCleaner" which will remove all of your computer's temporary files that aren't needed anymore and MUCH more.   Most of the time, it'll also improve the performance of your computer as well as optimize your registry for you SAFELY.
