How can I include video information to a Sitemap?

I have setup a video site for the users and now I need Google to crawl it. Please tell me how I can add the video info to the sitemap.

    In order to add video information to a sitemap You can create a Sitemap based on the Sitemap protocol, or you can use an existing mRSS feed as a Sitemap
