    Eat only 3 meals a day. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Beleive it or not, it works.

    No need to join weight watchers, no need to look up the latest diets, just eat 3 good, healthy meals a day. If you want, after dinner, you may have a small dessert. This is THE BEST way to lose weight and see visable results fast, and still be healthy. This is a diet that you can continue forever because, Human beings are only supposed to eat 3 meals a day, and if you follow my advice, you will lose only the excess weight you have, even if you continue the diet.

    Good luck. It's not as hard as it sounds.
