How do I capture an image of my adword account problem?

I would like to take a snapshot of my adword account problem to send it to Google technical support team, I want to know how to take a screen shot?

    1. Bring the browser window to be captured to the foreground.
       2. Hold the 'Alt' key and press the 'Print Screen' key (often just labeled 'Prt Sc') on your keyboard.
       3. Open an image editing application such as MS Paint program under Start > Accessories.
       4. Paste the captured image into the application.
       5. Save the image as a JPEG (.JPG) file.
