How do I enable JavaScript for my browser at rozee.pk?

I want to enable JavaScript for my browser at rozee.pk, I have asked a friend of mine but he couldn’t figured it out. Can someone tell me the procedure for that?

    There are two ways to enable JavaScript on rozee.pk, If you are using a Netscape browser: 1. Click on Edit > Preferences 2. Select "Advanced". 3. Tick on "Enable JavaScript" and press "OK". 4. Refresh this page (press Ctrl + R) and If you are using an Internet Explorer browser: 1. Click on Tools > Internet Options 2. Select the "Security" tab 3. Click on the "Custom Level" button 4. Click on the "Reset" button, then press "YES" and "OK" 5. Refresh this page (press Ctrl + R)
