How do I enable my pages to show Adsense video ads?

I am unable to view the videos I have added through adsense. Can anyone tell me how I can make them work

    To enable video ads to appear on your pages, you have to do two things: Either Use one of our supported video ad formats or Set your ad unit to display text and image ads, or image ads only.
