How do I fix th buttons on the phone cause it doesn't work?

   It is the most common problem in case of VTech cordless telephones along with the fading away of the buttons, making it difficult to operate.
   
   there are two ways out from it one is that you can replace the keypad with a new one or the problem could be with the chip board behind the buttons and in that case you need to get your cordless phone to some nearest service center of VTech customer support, as they can send you a new unit.
