How do I get an RRN from moneygram when sending to someone's bank account in Mexico?

RRN is compulsory for transfer in Mexico through moneygram. Can someone tell me that how can I get  that no?

    Please call 1-800-MoneyGram and ask to register for the new Direct to Account service in Mexico. The customer service rep will provide you with a registration number which will save you time on future sends to the same account.
