   You can use 302 redirects for this. But you need to write rewriting rules to navigate users & search engines from old pages to new ones. If you are using PHP then use Aapache's Mod Rewriter, and if you are using .net framework please use UrlRewriter.net which can be downloaded from www.urlrewriter.net.
